Yeah. Fake or not, it would never pass. I am not worried in the least bit. Way too much money to be made off of those vehicles, and taxes.

Is there a gas guzzler tax on registration?

The more I read the proposal, the more I see how much bullshit it is. Someone spent a lot of time making it, or she should be shot with a well controlled gun.
