Hoosier QTP Or MT ET Streets?, Trying to make a decision on which tire...

From what I have been reading there is a slight bias toward the QTP. I wanted to bring the discussion into this forum if it hasn't already been done. I'm looking at the following. QTP 26X9.5X15 ET Street 26X10.5X15 Lastly, since I am AWD it has been suggested to me that a burnout is not needed by a couple of the guys that are running 8s on the EVO. According to MT the ET Streets need little to no burnout. I'm not sure if the QTP is the same. -------------------- Nah Mate it wasn't a fluke. I noticed they dont need to get very hot. Id pull out of the burnout box just after I saw them start smoking. I switched over to a Hoosier slick and I needed to get those really hot in order for them to hook. The only thing I can really add is the Hoosiers tend to be more consistant. They do wear faster like Steve said and you do have to get them hotter then the MT's. I don't think you will be upset with either of these tires. --------------------
